Children benefit at
Time to complete
Many children around the world are malnourished. The process for distributing food across borders is timely and uses overly complex paper systems. Devery is motivated by improving & automating food transportation to remote areas in need.
Raw.Studio will design food develiry systems for three critical touchpoints: supermarkets, foodbanks and schools. Each toughpoint is in rural areas so we must ensure designs and tech solutions are optimised for non-tech savvy individuals and slow internet speeds.
Primary users would be located in Tunisia as this is where the WFP foodbanks are. The use of smart phones and high-speed internet is limied. It’s vital technological decisions cater to users in this environment.
The Devery project comprised of 3 main touchpoints. We tried to derive an indepth understanding of the contextual nuances of each touchpoint. Clearly understanding the users context, their goals and surrounding factors helped us provide an effective goal oriented UX.
Through competitor analysis & market research we identified that there was growth potential in the high-end niche. We re designed the brand to better align with your desired target audience.
One of the main drivers for the implementation of a new system was security. The World Food Programme wanted to ensure that drivers were accountable for the delivery of their package. A unique pin would be automatically generated for each delivery.
We collaborated closely with developers to ensure the design system we produced was highly optimised for the fast loading times and low bandwidths typical of the rural areas we were servicing.
