We targeted bottlenecks, repositioning the brand towards high-end customer & utilising conversion optimisation tactics. We also had a regular cadence of strategic workshops & design thinking exercises to improve the platform.
03 Research & Strategy
Design Thinking Workshops
We flew to San Francisco, running workshops and ideating improvements for Snappr’s mobile experience. As we incorporated user research insights through the sessions, we generated ideas that significantly improved key metrics.
04 UX / UI Design
We used rapid wireframing to come up with our initial ideas.
This process helped us to quickly communicate concepts and surfacing the best ideas in a short timeframe.

Positioning for high-end Customer
Through competitor analysis & market research we identified that there was growth potential in the high-end niche. As a result, we redesigned the brand to align with Snappr’s desired target audience.

Using secret growth hacking techniques & rapid execution Snappr ranked 1st on producthunt.com, bringing in massive amounts of new signups.
We created two unique websites targeted towards different niches, resulting in a duplication of the results landing 5th on Product Hunt.
